Aaron Trammell is the embodiment of discipline, integrity, and blue-collar excellence. A retired United States Air Force veteran with more than 20 years of leadership in acquisition and contract management, Aaron has negotiated, managed, and executed high-stakes agreements at the highest levels of government service. Today, he brings that same precision, strategy, and accountability to athlete representation as an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor.
As the founder of Blue Collar Sports, Aaron represents athletes with a relentless work ethic and a commitment to long-term success on and off the field. His approach blends strategic contract negotiation, business development, NIL optimization, and brand positioning to ensure his clients are prepared not just for draft day, but for a lifetime of opportunity. He believes elite performance is built on preparation, structure, and relationships the same principles that guided his military career.
Academically driven and future focused, Aaron holds two Associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mount Olive, and both an MBA and MS from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Michigan–Flint, where his research focuses on innovation, strategy, and the evolving economics of athlete branding and NIL.
Beyond business, Aaron is a devoted husband and father of five. His faith in God, commitment to family, and dedication to service shape every decision he makes. A proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., he actively builds bridges in his community and mentors the next generation of leaders.
